The service was attentive overall, with informative staff at breakfast, but some instances of inconvenience like grouping separate bookings into one room. The dining options offered a mix of tasty Indian and continental dishes, yet there were occasional lapses in efficiency and welcome. The location shines brightly for its proximity to the beach but falls short on value for money due to some drawbacks.
The hotel has some older room types with dated furniture but the exceptional service from the team members like Narsing, Sujay, Viyan, Gajanan, and Brian, made our stay memorable. The rooms were always clean with limited balcony views. The location offers direct beach access and is near restaurants and shops, though some areas were described as dirty.
The hotel staff were courteous and willing to upgrade us to a higher room category due to last-minute electrical issues. However, there was a one-hour delay at check-in, and the bathroom was not in working condition initially.
The hotel has a wonderful location near the beach and market, making it a positive choice overall. The rooms are comfortable, but the glass walls are not soundproof enough. The service is excellent, with helpful staff members always available. The dining experience is up to standards but could improve in some aspects. The hotel provides a nice location for enjoying the nightlife and accessing the beach easily.
